Transactional is best - SMS subscribers want to receive confirmations, with more than 50% preferring delivery confirmation, shipment confirmation, and order confirmation texts.
Keep it personal - Customers reported actually enjoying text messages that are personalized (ex: personalized according to a consumerâs past purchases).
Not helpful - Respondents are less interested in receiving âinterestingâ or âhelpfulâ articles via text. Sending a text can be distracting, and consumers prefer those messages from brands be worth that distraction.
